Icon Milton has completed its demolition work

This exciting project consists of 263 apartments over two 19 level buildings with a 5 level basement and two pools. Luxury, high end finishes suiting owner occupier purchasers. Demolition works commence on GH Australia’ first iconic residential apartment development, Icon Milton, Brisbane.

Icon Milton features a botanical themed oasis which includes a rooftop lounge garden and pool, podium level lap pool, gym, café and landscaped sky bridges which will connect the two towers.

The demolition is the first part of the early works which is already completed with the main contract works commencing immediately after.

The apartments, designed by architecture firm Jackson Teece, will offer open-plan living, luxury fittings, expansive balconies and large windows to enhance natural light and ventilation. Every apartment will have access to a secure basement car park and lockable storage.

Hong Kong group, Golden Horse Holdings is the latest property developer to join the stable of Chinese developers flocking to the Australian property market.  The group confirmed its entry by launching its Australian arm, GH Australia, in Sydney on Tuesday.  The launch also unveiled a Sydney display unit for its $175 million, inner-Brisbane residential project, the Icon Milton. The 232-apartment twin-tower development, featuring resort-style amenities, will be marketed to the public later this month with the group accepting expressions of interest in the project on Thursday.

Golden Horse Nine Dragon Lake Holdings, a company with golfing interests in China, today settled the purchase of the Gold Coast golf course for an undisclosed sum in a deal with Don O’Rorke’s Consolidated Properties.

Golden Horse, which is headed by Feng Di, has acquired Consolidated Properties’ interest in the Links Hope Island golf course – the balance of which is owned by members – along with two prime waterfront development sites totalling 8162sqm.

HONG Kong real estate and resort developer Golden Horse Holdings has forked out at least $15 million to acquire a Noosa golf course and residential subdivision in a further sign of Asian investor confidence in Queensland.

Golden Horse has bought the Noosa Springs 18-hole championship golf course, clubhouse and associated businesses as well as 23 vacant lots in the development’s gated residential subdivision.

The properties form part of the 103ha Noosa Springs golf course and masterplanned residential community which has been developed by Noosa’s Starkey family since 1997. “Golden Horse is seeking to expand its resort developments internationally and has made investments in Singapore, Japan, Thailand and now Australia,” according to Noosa Springs vendor Phil Starkey in a letter to Noosa Springs residents obtained by The Australian.
