The Noosa Springs Boutique Hotel will be a 69-room, five-star luxury resort integrated within the established Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort in the heart of Noosa. Designed to deliver the region’s only fully integrated resort experience, it will combine boutique accommodation, restaurants and bars, resort pools, nature trails, and seamless access to the existing golf course, spa, fitness centre, tennis centre, and other leisure facilities.

The project has received formal approval from Noosa Shire Council and is scheduled for delivery in 2027. Upon completion, it will be added to GH’s operating portfolio as a long-term hospitality asset.

GH will partner with a leading international hotel operator through the detailed design and future operation stages, ensuring the resort meets world-class standards in service, architecture and guest experience.
