Milton BTR Development

Located in the heart of Milton on a 3,243 sqm site, the project enjoys close proximity to Milton Train Station, Suncorp Stadium, and Wesley Hospital, offering outstanding connectivity and access to established amenities.

This flagship Build-to-Rent (BTR) development represents one of Queensland’s first high-rise modular residential buildings. Designed by HTA Design LLP (UK) and PWA, the project combines international expertise in architecture, modular engineering, and advanced manufacturing to set a new benchmark for design and construction quality in Australia.

Currently in the design stage, the project is scheduled for delivery in late 2027 or early 2028, and upon completion, it will be added to GH’s operating portfolio as a long-term rental asset.

The development will deliver approximately 377 residential apartments across 23 levels, featuring a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom dual-key apartments. Ground-floor commercial, co-working, and community spaces will activate the street and contribute to a lively, connected neighbourhood in the heart of Milton. Residents will enjoy landscaped courtyards, co-working lounges, and rooftop terraces offering panoramic views of the Brisbane River, Mount Coot-tha, and the CBD.
